What is The Blaze Cloud Managed Cloud?
Managed Cloud is our flagship service: fully managed Windows RDP for your team. We maintain your user access lists, controls and permissions, and take care of monitoring and updates, so your company gets a hassle-free experience. You choose The Blaze Gold, Platinum or Diamond and pay per user per month.
How is Managed Cloud priced?
Each plan is priced per user per month. Gold is available for 5, 10 or 15 users; Platinum from 10 users and Diamond from 50 users, both in steps of 10. Use the price calculator on the Managed Cloud page to see your total.
Is there a minimum term, and how can we pay?
All plans are a 1-year commitment. You choose how to pay: yearly upfront at a discounted per-user price, or monthly. To lock your price for 2 or 3 years, contact our sales team for a quotation.
What is the difference between Gold, Platinum and Diamond?
Every plan is fully managed Windows RDP with 2 dedicated IP addresses and RAID-protected storage — up to 250 GB on Gold (from 8 vCPU and 16 GB RAM), 1 TB on Platinum (from 12 vCPU and 32 GB RAM) and 2 TB on Diamond (from 16 vCPU and 64 GB RAM), with more available on demand. Gold does not include user access control, folder permissions or automated backups. Platinum adds a backup IP address, user access control, folder permissions, RDP protection, monitoring, updates, snapshots and 2 backup copies (1 with us and 1 in your own cloud). Diamond keeps 3 backup copies (2 with us and 1 in your own cloud), includes the Windows Server licence, and we manage your Tally (or BUSY, Marg and similar) licence and other applications.
What is Tally, BUSY & Marg on Cloud?
A separate Managed Cloud service that hosts only your accounting or billing software — TallyPrime, BUSY or Marg ERP 9+ — on our cloud, priced per user per month. Every branch and your auditors work on the same live data, and our engineers keep it secure, backed up and running. Software licences are procured by the customer.
What is RDP protection?
RDP protection watches sign-in attempts to your server and automatically blocks any IP address that keeps failing to sign in, stopping brute-force attacks before they succeed. It is included in The Blaze Platinum and Diamond.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are monthly, in Indian Rupees, and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. International customers are invoiced according to place-of-supply rules.
Are Windows Server or application licences included?
On The Blaze Diamond, the Windows Server licence is included. On other plans and on Cloud VPS, operating-system and application licences (such as Windows Server or Tally) are procured by the customer; our team installs, configures and — on managed plans — maintains them on your behalf.
How do snapshots and backups protect against ransomware and data loss?
On Platinum and Diamond, point-in-time snapshots and automated backups let us restore clean versions of your files from before an incident. Platinum keeps 2 backup copies (1 with us and 1 in your own cloud account); Diamond keeps 3 (2 with us and 1 in your own cloud account).
Can we add users or change plans later?
Yes. Users can be added at any time, compute can be scaled as you grow, and you can move between plans. Changes are reflected from your next billing cycle.
