Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are monthly, in Indian Rupees, and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. International customers are invoiced according to place-of-supply rules.
Are Windows Server or application licences included?
On The Blaze Diamond, the Windows Server licence is included. On other plans and on Cloud VPS, operating-system and application licences (such as Windows Server or Tally) are procured by the customer; our team installs, configures and — on managed plans — maintains them on your behalf.
Which operating systems are available on Cloud VPS?
Windows Server and leading Linux distributions, including Ubuntu LTS, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. Select your preferred operating system when you configure your server.
Should we choose Cloud VPS or Managed Cloud?
Choose Cloud VPS if your IT team will administer the server. Choose Managed Cloud if you want our engineers to take responsibility for security, monitoring, patching and backups, with simple per-user pricing.
